Victoria Acosta www.youtube.com/user/CouldThisBeLovebyVA?feature=watch is a gifted singer from San Antonio, Texas. She is well known for the song "Could This Be Love," which was written and produced by Jeff Durand.
At the age eight, Victoria won the title of Best Mariachi Music Vocalist in the United States at the Ford and Lincoln Mercury Mariachi Vargas Extravaganza 2000. She studied voice with Latin Grammy Award winner Manuel Vargas.
