This online shopping site is what is known as a "category killer" it sells only one type of product: shoes. It does this in an unconventional way by having buyers subscribe to a flat rate each month in exchange for a certain number of shoes. This is an example of Cairncross's "irrelevance of size" trend, because the well-known Kim Kardashian has turned a unique idea that would have never been possible in regular stores into a sustainable business.
